§ 00StabilisIQ · operations partner

Fix what's broken.
Automate what shouldn't break again.

We're the operations partner you call when something's leaking and you already know it. Managed engagements when you need a fixer. Productized builds when you want the fix to stick.

02Modes
Managed engagement, or productized build.
00New software
We work with what you already run.
01Standard
Operator-led. Built and run, not advised on.
§ 01The Work

We'll show. Not tell.

Three things we've built: a live product you can click into, a tool running in production, and a written playbook detailed enough to argue with. If one looks like your problem, it probably is.

Missed Call Text Back

Problem. Inbound calls from homeowners go unanswered after-hours. The customer dials the next shop, and a $4,000 service job walks out the door.

What we built. An SMS auto-responder that texts every missed call within 5 seconds, qualifies the issue with a Claude-powered conversation, and books the appointment straight into the contractor's calendar.

Result. Try the live demo and see the exact text-back a homeowner would get — including the booking flow.

QuoteOps Autopilot

Problem. Charter operators take 30–90 minutes to turn an inbound RFQ into a quote — by which point half the deals went to whoever responded first.

What we built. An automated quote workflow: parse the RFQ, validate aircraft fit, build 2–3 priced options with audit trail, acknowledgement under 2 minutes, human-in-the-loop until confidence thresholds are met.

Result. Time-to-first-quote drops from 30–90 min to 3–10 min — an 80–95% reduction. First response under 2 minutes.

Propane Logistics
Playbook

Will-Call & Reconciliation Playbook

Problem. Will-call follow-ups missed, route changes not reflected in billing, partial fills unreconciled — silent revenue leakage and customers running dry before dispatch notices.

What we built. We instrument dispatch status age, will-call SLA timers, delivery exception code patterns, and billing completion lag — then run threshold-based runbooks: aging > 24h escalates, partial-fill variance > 15% flags for review, driver notes surface with context.

Result. Customer-facing failures caught before they happen. Ticket-to-invoice gap closes from weeks to days. Will-call drift becomes visible instead of compounding silently.

§ 02How we work

Two modes. Same operators.

Start with whichever fits the problem in front of you. Most clients use both over time — managed first to surface what's actually breaking, then a build to prevent the next round.

Mode A

Managed engagement

We become your operator-of-record.

Ongoing exception monitoring, incident coordination, and process improvement — with defined accountability for outcomes.

  • Foundation in 30–45 days: instrumentation, KPIs, runbooks
  • Continuous monitoring + intervention against thresholds you set
  • Root-cause work, not just patching
  • Executive-level reporting on a cadence you choose
  • Coverage: business hours → 24/7, scoped to what's actually critical
Monthly retainer · 90-day initial commitmentBook a 15-min fit check
Mode B

Productized build

We build the automation that closes the gap for good.

When the same problem keeps showing up and software doesn't quite solve it, we build the thing that does.

  • Scoped to one specific bottleneck (RFQ, missed calls, reconciliation, etc.)
  • Fixed-scope build, then optional managed handoff
  • Integrates with what you already run — no rip-and-replace
  • Owned by you, runs on infra you choose
  • Examples: HVAC MCTB, QuoteOps Autopilot, dispatch runbooks
Fixed-scope project · 4–12 weeks typicalSee examples in The Work
§ 03The Loop

How a managed engagement actually runs.

Not a one-time project. A continuous loop. Each pass leaves the operation a little less fragile than the last.

  1. Step 01

    Instrument

We hook into your systems and define what 'normal' looks like — by transaction, by queue, by exception code. You can't detect drift without a baseline.

  2. Step 02

    Detect

Monitoring runs continuously against those baselines. Anomalies, stalls, and silent failures surface before they cost you a customer.

  3. Step 03

    Intervene

When a threshold trips, the runbook fires. The right person gets the right context. We act — not just alert.

  4. Step 04

    Improve

Patterns turn into changes — to the process, the system, or the runbook itself. Things that broke twice don't break a third time.

  5. Step 05

    Report

Operational health, KPI movement, and what we changed this month — in a one-page exec format that doesn't waste anyone's time.

§ 04Who this is for

Operators who'd rather get it done than buy more software.

If you're running operations at a $10M–$500M company and you already know what's broken — you don't need a consultant to find it for you. You need someone who'll fix it, build around it, and stay accountable for the result.

We're not the right call if you want a 200-page strategy doc, a new SaaS to roll out, or someone to manage your team. We're the right call when you need a fixer with hands on the keyboard and a real stake in the outcome.

No software to learn. We work with what you already run.
§ 05Talk to us

15 minutes. No pitch deck.

Tell us what's leaking. We'll tell you whether we're the right people for it — and if we're not, we'll usually know who is.

Or skim the work first
